    Things are changing around us at a rate faster than many of us thought possible.  Yesterday’s common business and personal routines often seem like distant memories today.    These quick changes are requiring us to depend on one another to create new solutions, develop new teams, reach new milestones,  greet new neighbors and to console those around us who are struggling with the new.    We are required to have conversations that at one time we could allow to “take a pass and hope for the best” but are now critical to our resilience and success.    During this session together we will discuss:

    • What is a critical conversation and why we must have them to be resilient and compete in our new reality
    • We will conduct exercises that will use some of the tools to have these conversations
    • Why HR must take the lead in being the example of having these conversations respectfully and with heart while taking care of the company we serve
    Also at the meeting...We will be collecting clothing for WINGS, Women in Need Growing Stronger, an organization that provides shelter, clothing, food and assistance to women and their children experiencing domestic violence or homelessness.
