Dana SamardzichAccording to a recent Gallup survey, almost 70% of all employees would consider themselves not engaged or disengaged at work. It doesn't have to be that way! Once we understand the elements of work engagement, we can make massive improvements in our own engagement and the engagement of our employees. In this session, you will learn tools that can help you improve your engagement level. Also, you can use this knowledge to inspire your employees to improve their own engagement.  Your takeaways will be...

  • Understanding what employee engagement is and its elements
  • Developing awareness and intentionality to foster a culture of engagement
  • Using coaching to facilitate development of employee engagement

About our speaker...Dana Samardzich is a life coach who is passionate about helping hard-working professionals develop happier and more balanced lives. She does this by helping the clients clarify what is most important in their lives and helps them make choices based around those values. Because many life choices aren¿t clear-cut and easy to make, she also teaches clients about mindfulness and self compassion practices. These practices keep the clients from getting bogged down in their own fear and uncertainty, which is the major reason people are unable to make changes or sustain the changes they have made. Dana received her Certified Professional Coach certification through the International Coach Academy in 2009 and is an Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. She speaks regularly at association events across the country.
